Caught in between Dreams

I remember back in the day, id see you walking in the halls...thinking wow i wish one day he could be mine.
As time passes, days grew longer, summer arouse, trouble was create, sins were commited, but i never did forget the presents of you.
That night came when the world switched on me. You stood beside me and we talked. Hearing your voice for the first time, seeing your smile...it was the dream of all dreams.
But the dream is slowing fading...for it is a dream...shouldnt i be waking up soon? Realizing it was nothing more than a physical attraction. How shallow can that be...
Then you appeard. There was no spark, there was no attraction, there was no tention. Just a friendship. But soon the friendship grew stronger and stronger...
It leaves me here writing this...pondering which path i should take. Thinking a friendship before relationship is the best way to go....but building a relationship and getting to know one another is always exciding.
In the end in my heart i know whats right. But if its so right why does someone have to get hurt in the end...
