Life goes on

One minute, you're happy, the next your not
One minute you're teaching, the next you're being taught

So much can change in one single minute
You emotions in life can or even the people in it

Things happen that screw life around
Sometimes we rise, sometimes we fall down

Everything happens for one exact reason
You might not find out until the change of next season

People in abusive relationships are so confused
Why is this happening? Why am I being abused?

You feel stupid and lonely inside
But no more can you run and hide

Face the fact and keep your head up high
You get stronger EVERY TIME you cry

Some people get raped or beaten with that too
Why is this happening to you?

Months pass, and you still feel the same
Who's the problem? who's to blame?

It's OK because eventually, you'll find your heart
Someone will pick up the pieces that fell apart

Patience is what makes the mind stronger
You might want to give up but you can hold on longer

People leave you the right way or purposely
Maybe it was because of all the diversity

You may think that you need to give up and throw in
You lost your soul, now where to begin?

But why put a permanent solution on a temporary problem?
You know they'll always be with you to solve them

You still have a life here, not up there
People love you...People care

People get the most horrible family of all time
Nobody cares if you were hurt or crying

Your mother hates you, the rest don't talk
Just turn your head and walk

You DON'T need family, you need a best friend
Your family isn't good enough to put life to the end

You hit rocky paths and you hit straight-a-ways
You hit depression for a moment or one for days

You'll find people who care and some that could care less
You'll clear a path out of your mess

Trust me, it's hard, but i keep reminding me life goes on
And i know that sometimes it's so hard to get along

And it's OK to sit out for a bit
It's OK to fall once you've been hit

But sit back and relax for a few
Then jump back into what you do

Drama makes you stronger in your mind, body and soul
Regain the pride that somebody once stole

Life goes on...it's OK to cry
Life goes on...so why the reason to die?

My life is so low and i do think that i want to die
Time passes, life goes on, why leave and wait for my friends to pass by?
