Trapped

by Jennifer Fox or Jackson   Sep 29, 2005

(This poem isn't completely done, I am still working on it and liked to hear any advice!)

I thought you had cared
the way I cared about you
but now I know different
by understanding the things you do.

I notice the way you lie
to make things seem not as bad.
I notice the way you joke
so I don't become mad.

I know what you're up to
and I don't like how it feels.
I don't like playing these games
where you make the deals.

Don't think you can hide
all the things that gone wrong.
I'm not stupid and I'll find out.
It sure won't take me that long.

I'll find out what goes on
everytime I'm not around
I gonna find out your secerts
which I'm sure there's some to be found.

I know you're not worthy
of this heart of mine
and I just wish I could let go
but some how it's harder this time.
