The One Who Died To Give Us Life

Born in a manger
No place for a king,
Where the animals
Were wild and free.
And no one thought
That He could be,
The Messiah Who came
To set us free.

While he was in
Gethsemane,
While He was Down
On his knees .
The one He had,
On His mind was me,
Then He died
Upon a tree.

Now like this king
Could you sacrifice,
Body and soul
To give one life?
The One who died
To give us life,
Is the one,
And only Christ.
