How are you this very day?
I just thought I'd tell you,
In case I never got to say.

How much you mean to me.
Even if it doesn't really show,
Just thinking of losing you,
The sadness I'd feel, you would never really know.

You're there when I need you.
And guide me when I'm lost,
You pick me up, when I'm down and blue,
But never at a cost.

You're the one I talk to,
Emotions and feelings always so deep.
My steady shoulder to cry on,
And you never admit defeat.

You're my sister in soul,
My sister in heart.
And no matter how far we may run,
We will never be apart.

We've had our many ups and downs,
And countless roads to come.
You're the missing part of me,
