Here's My Everything

by xTheEcstasyOfSuicidex   Oct 2, 2005

And here's my hate,
Pouring down my arm;
Here's my everything.
Here's my fate,
By self harm,
Here's my everything.
My eyes will cry,
And run down my cheek,
Here's my everything.
My eyes defy,
I am too weak,
Here's my everything.
I've tried too hard,
Pushed myself too far;
Here's my everything.
I've played my card,
Reached past the stars;
Here's my everything.
The red devine,
Slips down my arm,
Here's my everything.
But I'm just fine;
Here the final alarm,
Here's my final everything.

    "Here the final alarm" - do you mean "hear" or "here's"?

    i think you do a great job of saying a lot here without directly coming out and saying anything at all :)

    Self harm, something that really hurts me when i read it, because of having a history of it, and also because i know how it feels to feel the pain. i try to avoid reading poems of this nature, but i loved this one, i cannot explain why, it just had something different. keep writing

    Okay the rhyme scheme was weird!!!!!!! it took me until the last stanza to get what you were doing so natually the flow was awkward i think it would have been better if the two lines between each "heres my everyting" rhymed but other then that the concept was great you used great images

    The red devine,
    Slips down my arm,

    that and the first two lines were AWESOME good job

    Hmm...that was exceptional in a weird way. I thought the way it went was very well done. Nice job.
