What I Am

What i am
is a kind person
one who keeps his friends
until life's end
unlike those who want friends
but later on in life
they abandon them.
what i am
is a person who loves guitars
who loves to play them
and wants every single one.
a person who's into music
is what i am
take that away from me no one can
a caring person
is what i am
one who cares about everyone
except those who betrayed me.
a person who looks at childhood pictures
and remember the things he's done
like hitting his brother with a wooden bat
those memories i keep inside me
i hold them truly and dearly
a person who loves dogs
and other pets.
one who remembers about the past
being served tamales
by his grandma
whom he calls mom
one who likes to write poems
about love, friends and all
one who opens his heart out
for those he'll always remember.
