Remember the words I say:

When creating those morbid thoughts
in your head

If considering ending it all,
taking your own life away for good
Remember how I would feel:
Devastated, I would break down and sob
until every last tear has
fallen and been absorbed.

At the moments you are trying to figure out,
“Why does she love me?”
Remember the truth:
Everyone has a chance at love
Start rephrasing that thought –
“She does love me.”
Leave out the “why.”

There is no need for an explainable reason
As long as I know these feelings are real
And I do. I really do love you.

I have been telling you the truth…
You are not worthless
I am never going to forget you,

As I hope you never want to forget me
You are not friendless
