Come with me further into the fire of my mind,
Come with me and wonders you will find
But avoid my eyes- the eyes that burn,
A world of hell and the need to yearn.
Hold tightly to me as I lead you away,
Far from the cruel cold light of day,
Come to my cavern of unending night,
The gargoyles lair away from unfeeling light.
Look around you, for here we are!
My artistic domain- my own private star,
Don't cry aloud for here you can't be found,
This is my world of arts, so far underground.
Here I write my music inspired by the night,
Here I draw my art all done by candlelight,
Here I make imagination take wing,
In most cases canzonettas for me to sing.
Listen to my music and its rhythmic flow,
Inspired by the dark world that is all know,
But look at my eyes and you'll see inside,
The reason of why in hell I reside.
