Spirits summoned

by Ashelin   Oct 7, 2005

A busy city
In the middle of the world
No one with more pity
Then one little girl

She looks around sadly
As people walk by
They have treated their world badly
She lets out a great sigh

No one can see her
Except one small lad
About her he doesn't refer
For his mother says this is bad

The girl follows him
Where ever he goes
As tears in her eyes brim
He feels her sadness, he knows

She is an old soul
Wandering this world
Waiting for time to roll
Tired of being hurled

She hates what humans have done
To her once precious home
One day, she tells the boy to run
She summons spirits and they come

She plans to destroy all
Except innocent and young
"Spirits destroy!" she calls
From the spirit realm, they come

She waves her hand
Sending them forth
They have become a band
Destroying, she thinks, is the worth

TO save her once precious world
