Words of Encouragement

Well you're gone and you're never coming back
You'll forget about me, it's a stone-written fact

But i don't care how many days go by
I don't care that you leaving really made me cry

I had to realize that you were going to be happy, i WANTED that
Even if you weren't going to come back

So here are the words i said before
Just to let you know, i mean them and more

You're a great teacher and an awesome friend
I actually learned stuff, i didn't have to pretend

And you cross my mind every day
I wonder if you're sad, or if you're OK

I hope you always stay close with your mother
And everyday YOU BETTER tell her you love her

That woman did one hell of a job raising you
Because look at the beautiful person you've grown in to

Whatever you feel like doing...illegal or not
Do it in a heartbeat, just don't get caught

If you get knocked down, it'll be OK
Because I'll know you'll get up and do it your own way

And that's what you got to do, what you want to do
The only person you should make happy is you

Believe in yourself because i know you can do anything
Try whatever you want, do everything

If someone puts you down, put them in their place
Never for ONE moment let someone take the smile off your face

When you hit a rocky path, stay strong
I know you'll get through it, it won't be long

I don't care what age i am, i will be here
I may be in the dale but I'm still near

If for some reason, people walk away from you
Remember that I'm with you on everything you do

So now that i got my Oprah words out
I'll tell you really what I'm talking about

Do whatever you want, whether you get in trouble or not
I'll still be proud, whether nothing happened or whether you fought

If someone puts you down, put THEM in their place
I'll still be proud if you get them right in the face

And if you fall down, it's OK to curse
You could give up, see... something than a curse is worse

So rock out as much as you can
And remember that still...I'll be your number one fan

**I kind of feel weird writing that poem i guess? It sucks when you miss someone but you got to suck it up and bbelieve she's ok because that's all you can do*
