The untitled mistake

She was young
and didn't know what to do
she was a normal person
like me and you.

she had a life
had friends and family too.
she was very smart
very beautiful too.

had a boyfriend
his name was Jake.
and little did they know
it would be her life he'd take.

it wasn't like her to sneak out
or to stay out late.
but she'd do anything for him
even a late night date.

she sneaked out
and had to much to drink
and they sped to fast
on a one way street.

by the time they saw the headlights
it was to late
they couldn't swerve to miss the car
they hit it going straight.

they hit the car
and it landed on its side.
and that is how
this poor little girl died.
