Mask-ed [part one]

by Juice   Oct 12, 2005

She walked away... keeping her thoughts away... keeping it to herself...
she recalled the faces which were once so familiar...
she let those bad memories continue haunting her...
she is vulnerable to the oblivious...
this hurting person isn't her...
she had become the victim of her own mess...
she couldn't recall wen's the last time she knew exactly what she was doing...
when's the last time anyone noticed her inner brat...
she woke up each day... looking at the mirror... carefully wearing the mask...
the mask whom everyone noes except herself... the mask whom everyone thought she was...
the mask which hides all her inner thoughts... the mask which provides a hiding place for her hideous inner brat...

I love your poem, similar to my poem called Getaway.
