Injected Smile

I have nothing left to say
Nothing left to feel
My injected smile
Becomes my cover up
Becomes something to save me from people and their wondering minds
Always questioning the thoughts of others
Always hating the words they speak
It's one thing to think another to say
We need to keep quiet
Too many souls hurt by words
Just keep quiet and inject that smile
Hide the true feelings deep inside
All will be fine, all will be calm
If it all stays silent
Then there's nothing left to harm
