The Mouth of the Two Faced Liar

by Daniel Jimenez   Oct 13, 2005

The mouth of the two-faced liar
Was forged within hells deepest fire

Purged and molded carefully made
for the enemies great masquerade

They come in love but leave profane
They promise peace but offer pain

They say forever but then they're gone
The love they promised is now withdrawn

The future that you both planned out
Was merely make believe mixed with doubt

All the promises they once confessed
Where all done in sordid jest

But in the end I know it true
That God will soon take care of you

For when you hurt a Child of God
The heavenly father will take up His rod

To smite you across your lying face
Cast from His presence away from grace

You lied to me and I was a fool
You tore my heart with words so cruel

You where too sweet! I should've knew
That you where much to good to be true

Yet in the end after all it cost
I find it better to of loved and lost

For before I feel love in all its reign
I must first know the taste of pain
