Always being left behind

No matter how hard
i try to fit her mold
she always seems to be better...
this is getting so damn old

i try to be the better friend
being understanding and kind
she can do whatever she wants to us
and im always the one left behind

they always seem
to pick her over me
best friends for ever right?
or thats how it use to be

    Sucks how things change...

    Anyways about the poem: loved the uniqueness of it. It didn't follow the typical pattern of other poems. It conveyed a lot of emotion for being such a short poem. 5/5.
