What?

I cut today
and i cut deep
my flesh split open
the pain was minimal

i scared myself
i truly did
my heart began to race
this made me think
what would i have done
had i pushed harder?

had i been more angry?

i think this could be
a turning point
but then again maybe not
maybe now
i have more guts
when it comes to cutting
what have i done?
