He was moving to college
And leaving her behind
He thought his feelings were stronger
Than his and hers combined.
He called her every night
To try to keep things real
But as the time went by
The more different he would feel.
Everything was changing
the way things always do
He felt bad for telling her
"I no longer love you".
Her world went crashing down
Right before her eyes
Who knew two days later
He'd be the one who dies.
All that was left of him
Was a letter he wrote
Everyone cried like rain
When their eyes met that note.
"College is just too difficult
I know I'm going to fail
Thats not the only reason
I've decided i have to bail."
"I broke my girls heart
I know how much she cared
I just feel so alone
I'm worried and I'm scared."
"Just please remember me
As i say goodbye today
I love you family and friends
I'll see you again someday".
