My Self Harm!!! (Oct O5)

I'll draw a pretty picture
one etched into my wrist
this picture will get bigger
each time my feelings are dismissed

You think you insults don't hurt
That your actions cause no pain
You think that when i smile
i must be happy again

My cuts look ugly and they sting
but I'm not blaming you
these cuts take away the pain
this is my thing i do

i promise myself it will only be once more
but I've made this promise 1000's of times before
i know you don't know the reason why
or understand why i have to lie

But my eyes show my reality
my life is no fantasy

    Great poem. self-harm is a real pain, i'm tring to stop at the moment but its really hard, and when no one realy understands it just seems so much worse. this poem expressed the feelings very welll.
