Didnt Know what to Say!

Couldn't think of any words
My heart dropped when i heard
What was I supposed to say?
There really was no other way

I stood there wondering if it had been right there in front of me
All the pain you had been suffering
But I still didn't know what to do
What was i supposed to say to you?

I'm sorry about all your pain
I can't say it's all going to be OK
i really wish that i could help
The whole time this is how you felt?

I never knew you were so hurt
i guess i never really looked
I knew you were depressed and sad
I knew you were really really mad

Mad at the world for all the wrong
I should have known by all those songs
No smiles but sadness with glares
Thinking that No one really cares

Ive got news for you i care so much!
That all i do now is shed these tears
I cant promise anything
But I'll be her, through everything

I really don't know what to say
But you could talk anyway!

This poem is for one of my friends. He came out and told me something! And it scared me
I love him so much, and i want him to know how much i care.
But I don't know if he ever will.
But I love him!
