Everlasting

by Shadow Walker   Oct 23, 2005

Heart races
Skin tingles
Eyes swell
A thought of love

The best one of all
Was the first to fall
A touch of love
From a snow white dove

The love for you is strong
Completely overwhelming
I wish you could see
The way i want things to be

You need your time
To make a choice
This choice of yours
Has me on all fours
Begging for things to be right

The sun in the sky
The wind being shy
Are the signs of my love
Whispering to me of my Dove

This girl thats my Dove
Shes so far away
What will happen to us now
I cannot say

I hope for love
To take an everlasting leap
To keep us together
For love is what we seek

Theres something deep inside me
Something that keeps me awake
Its always the thought of you
That loving you wasn\'t a mistake

A shiver in my spine
That makes me want to cry
I know of what your going through
But I\'m left so far behind

I love you more then anything
That i have ever known
No matter what this situation may bring
I want you to know you make my heart sing

You make it sing
For everything
That is a part of you

You make me yearn, to be in your arms
To be by your side
And make me not hide

You make me yearn to be with you
To make love on a sweet stormy night
To caress your face
And to brush your hair
To share a loving embrace

So i love you more
Then ever before
I wanna hold you tight
Shield you from blight

Because every time
I hear your voice
I fall in love again
And its been more then twice.

I love you no matter what Z, please remember that.
