Dreams of an imaginary world.

by Amy   Oct 25, 2005

There she lies, all she is,
nothing but dreams inside her.
No one can see what will become of this,
The sad look in her eyes is a constant reminder.

She writes to herself, unwinding her thoughts,
Still dreaming in her imaginary world.
She frightens herself, won't sleep though she ought.
Fills herself with her imaginary world.

You're the cause of what she is, you and many others.
Promised her promises you can't keep, used her as your covers.

She worries about you, not knowing you lie.
She loves you, if she loses you, her dreams will die.

You can't lead her on, thinking she will see right through you.
Her mind is a block, stone cold to reality.

there's nothing else that you can do but
