Remember when you where little
When something was wrong
you'd cry, and mommy would
come and make it all better

Don't you wish it was
still the same?
When you have a problem
just cry and mommy

will come wipe all your
tears away and make
everything all better
but its not like that no more

The only thing you've got
after you cry are cheeks
stained from mascara
and the feeling of depression

We give our kids the wrong impression
making them think all they have
to do is cry and everything
will get all better

I never had a Mommy to wipe away
my tears then nor do i now
maybe thats why i hide my emotions
cause i find it pointless to let

someone see me cry, maybe its
my pride, or maybe I'm just cold
hearted, but to let my wall down
and let you see me cry is something i can't do
