Redefined Forever

It was suppose to last till the end
Our friendship always with no end
It didn't you tore it apart the once whole friendship, it went away.
The circle of neverending was broken by you, the one that I thought was once true.

It didn't stay forever, forever was redefined to, 7years ,6months, 9 days, and uncounted minutes.

The picture hangs still in my room. Of us both standing with the stunning little smiles on our faces from the first time we met. I wish that we would never regret the time that we had,but apparently it's that sad. That a friendship that was forever more, it ended in a second. When you moved and I had to stay, when you left we had nothing more to say.

Hopes still burn in the depth of my heart that one day words will once again be spoken, by the friends that were once forever, nothing could run us down. It seems when forever is redefined, so is friendship.
