I Miss

by williamcampbell   Oct 31, 2005

I miss those days, when I was young,
The innocence and having fun.

The hanging out, with all my freinds,
And staying up untill nights end.

The camping out, and the bonfires,
The laughter and swinging from tires.

Nintendo games, Atari too,
Playing football and baseball too.

That soccer game, and that shootout,
Chasing lizards, the Western House.

Staying up till three for the Superbowl,
Ohio state in the Rose Bowl.

Swimming and tubing in Italy,
Castle hopping in Germany.

Touring across all of England,
Wales Ireland and all of Scotland.

Getting rained out in Switzerland,
Rock climbing in those foreign lands.

My dog midnight, and bird Petey,
Cats ping, cinnamon, and stormy.

These things may not mean much to you,
But thinking on these, gets me through.
