Life

by shadowlight   Nov 1, 2005

A delicate candle,
Burning in the breeze,
Struggling to stay alight,
To not be suffocated,
Determined to survive,
We could all learn a lot,
From this tiny flame,
Struggling to stay ablaze,
Stubbornly trying to stay alive,
As delicate as it is,
It still wants to remain,
Wants to live,
Feels the need to survive,
We could all learn a lot,
From this fragile flame.
