You Win

by Sorefromreality   Nov 2, 2005

I've been in an eternal battle with you
Nothing seems to work
So i guess ill just quit
You stole my guy
You broke my heart
And that was just the start:
You made me feel ugly
You used me to get close to him
You flirted with everyone to make me invisible
You used your looks to deceive
You blamed the fights all on me
You kissed him in front of me
My man, my love,my life
You stole it from me

I know you like him a lot
but is our friendship worth sacrificing
For a relationship you already admitted wont last

How can you look in the mirror
You confirmed my worst fear
He was thinking of you while being with me
And you talked to him behind my back
Kissed him in my house!
How can you live with yourself
Knowing you hurt your best friend
That should be enough to wanna make it end

But you dragged it out longer
You asked JJ out
My soul is crushed
And you just jump on it harder yet

Where is the old you?

So considerate and clean
Not a tramp
Not a liar
You had a spirit of fire

So positive
With joy

But he makes you a backstabber
He's just a boy

I'm done with this at last
My energy ran out of gas

I put my sword down
I give in
You finally win

Truthfully, that actually sent shivers down my spine because one of my friends is trying to steal the love of my life, and now that I've read that it's like it's possible... *shakes it all off* ... I really liked it, I especially liked the different rhythms you used through out it. I don't have any complaints. Good job!
