Why

Why do people do things
that hurt themselves so bad
why do people do things
when they know this stuff is sad
why do people chose to do drugs
why do people chose to drink
why do people chose it
when it doesn't help them think
why do people hurt the ones they love
just to get one feel
why do people do it
because whats happing is real.

please give me a comment on this poem i am a new writer and i need to know what people think of my writing

    Very, very, very good poem. You are a good writer. I think you'll make a wonderful one after a few more poems or years of life. I like this poems. Sounds like one of the first ones I every wrote. Though, I drove my teacher nuts with it. The poem was all questions that could never really be answered, just thought on. ^_^; She was really funny to watch.
