Unwanted death

by Lucinda   Nov 3, 2005

Yelling out your words of death
and holding on to life's reset
you think that this is the true way out
when deep inside your really scared
you cut your wrists of hate and sadness
but you know that this isn't last chances
how many more minutes left of your life
you wondered what death would be like
cutting now too deeply to care
your dry tears now seem to clear
you hear your heart start to slow
and you realize, its not time to go
wanting to take away your scars
live a bit longer and make a new start
its over now, your on deaths road
fly down to your grave and then below
didn't you wish you stopped yourself
of curious thoughts and didn't get help

You poem is very ironically humorous to me, only because I have been there myself. Funny little poem with a lot do say. 5/5.
