I wish you'd see
how sad your making me.

All the nights you're gone,
leaving me all alone.

I'm now sure how much I can take,
how many more excuses I can make.

I cry my soul out at night,
cry until morning light.

I wish I could leave,
leave and let you be.

But the core of me won't let go,
the core of me is you.

Our love is recklessly blind,
and I know too well unkind.

You fill me up with all your lies,
another piece of me dies.

I feel that my mind I'm losing,
now me of cheating you're accusing.

You've put me and my misery on a ledge,
I'm looking out over the edge.

I think I've gone crazy,
I'd only be so lucky, just maybe.

You're not listening to my words,
my promises of endless love.

You don't see my tears,
and all my future fears.

You don't feel my heartache,
don't feel the thunder of my heart break.

You're on a path I cannot follow,
I'm left in madness to wallow.

I only wanted to be with you,
to make all your dreams come true.

You've let me go in my time of need,
I'm here with my heart left to bleed.

I'm sorry, but good-bye,
it's time I make myself die.

    I don't think you should kill yourself over this. You do write very well though. In this poem, I know what you're going through. It's happened to me many times as well. This poem just seems to jump out at me and make me cry. I know you're hurt and crying inside, but please, do not give up. You will find someone to respect and love you for the rest of your life.
