You asked for my guidance, I guided you
You asked for my protection, I shielded you
You asked for my prayers, I prayed for you
You were too young and weak, I mourned for you

Your thoughts were all about giving up
I tried so hard to help you think positive
You will remain forever in my heart my dear little sister
I will accomplish your dreams for you, with you

For this world is full of adventures and choices
If only you could of held on for that little longer
You would see the world does have some beauty inside and out
You just have to look harder and believe in it

It's tearing me apart as I look at your pictures
Smiling with your cheeky grin and wavy chestnut hair
So many dreams and aspirations within you
Dear little sister, it was not time for you to leave

I held out my hand, to help you to stand
I gave you my wisdom, you passed that onto friends
I Showed you my courage, You got that far...and then
God took you away from me, you are now in heaven

May you rest in peace baby cakes
May every prayer that I make be sent out to you
May every light that you shine for me, shine brightly
