The Wolf ~ Untold Misery

by Weeping Wolf   Nov 8, 2005

Stalker of the night
Shadow of the forest
Keeper of the woods
whisperer of trees
You are the wolf
and own all the music
that secludes the daylight.

May the howl be the sign
that love is never fate
and immortality is honor
But peace is never a reward.

Pour your blood on stones
the rain flows down your fur.
linger quietly in your cave
waiting for lost wanderers
You naively find you innocent.

Let your eyes pierce all
Who have beheld your beauty
When stars bring you tears
and love is what you've forgotten

untold miseries have fallen upon you
lost regrets come to conscious
when you remember the pain of memories

You seek only solitude
in a sad life of society
Will you ever gain
your soul wish for freedom?
