The way he looks,
fills me with fear,
His yelling at me,
Is all that I hear,
He causes me so much pain,
I don't know what to do,
I wish it could be over,
My boyfriend does too,
He tries to make me feel guilty,
For causing him pain,
I really don't try to,
He should be ashamed,
He tells me he loves me,
He tells me he cares,
He may say it,
but it's really not there,
He doesn't try to understand me,
He doesn't really care,
He's only a joke,
I wish he wasn't really there,
It doesn't feel the same,
As it used to,
Except with my boyfriend,
He helps me get through.
