Trying to hurt someone else
i end up hurting you
seeing that, hurts me inside
all cause of the stupid things i do

i know sometimes i'm slow
and maybe a bit dense
i guess i go off topic often
and start talking nonsense

but you deal with me
and that's what matters most
instead of dismissing me,
your generosity is what shows

for now, you'll always win
and beat me down
until that day
my strength is found

when my tears begin to fall
please just lend me a hand
just stay by my side
you dont always need to call my friend

you'll never take me seriously
i wish that you'd be a true friend
but i'll keep on waiting
until the day you understand
