Only a tender soul knows how to love you the right way…
Soft where it matters, deep where it counts,
The kind of love that lingers on your skin
Long after the moment is gone.
If you still believe in something real,
In passion wrapped in comfort,
In romance that feels effortless,
Then let me be the one to show you.
I’d send you words that stay with you,
Sweet like roses, warm like midnight thoughts,
The kind of messages that make your heart race
Before your day even begins.
I’d spoil you with the little things…
Breakfast made just how you like it,
Dinner waiting after a long day,
Soft touches, long hugs,
And the kind of kisses that make time slow down.
When the nights get cold,
I’d pull you closer and keep you warm.
When life gets heavy,
I’d be the place you can melt into.
I want to learn every part of you…
What makes you smile,
What calms your mind,
What makes your body relax
And your heart feel safe with me.
Because loving you should feel smooth,
Natural, addictive even…
Like the kind of feeling
You never want to let go of.
So this poem is really just my way of saying
I want to love you in all the ways that matter,
Softly, deeply, endlessly…
