Do i disappoint you??
with my messy hair
and tear filled eyes
I'm unable to wake
from this deep stare
ever since i can remember
I've put on a smile
and blinked back the tears
just to make you happy
sometimes i can't fake my smile
it gets to be a chore
please forgive me this time
I've let the tear slip thru
do i disappoint you?
