As I sing to Juliet

by Semaran   Nov 20, 2005

An un-shown face and twisted letter,
Leading down a darkened hall.
Believing nothing is the truth,
But awaiting for a lovers call.

You stand here by my side,
Rose and feathers silky grace.
Depth of eyes a pure crystal,
Shining from a perfect face.

Softest hand is now forgotten,
Hiding in these scarlet tears.
Staining beauty staining mind,
The awakening of all our fears.

At midnight hour stands a rose,
Watching over your everlasting sleep.
Real tears now cold yet final,
I take my bed by your side.
