What separates us from the beast
Its passion, passion so true
And yet you do not unleash
Gods gift to you

Why do you posses this gift
this gift so precious
if you do not lift it
you stay cautious

Its ours
Our gift of love
Its what makes us

But you hide in the shadows
Not wanting to embrace
Dying slowly
and still wondering wheres the grace

Its in front of you
just open your eyes
See the gift God gave to you
In your heart it lies

Embrace your passion
its what makes us unique
Don't deny it
for with it you are free

God knows what you need
and gave us gifts to use
Its all your feelings that you hide
but then theres the gift that you choose

So choose not to embrace his love
Or your own for that matter
