Unseen

I'm afraid to cry,
Can't let you know I'm weak,
And pity from you,
Is not what I seek.
What you can't see
Is easy to hide,
That's why it's better,
To cry on the inside.
All the mistakes,
I've made in the past,
Are left as scars,
That will always last.
What you see,
Isn't always what you get,
But it's not over,
At least not yet...
