To My Mom

by felicia   Nov 27, 2005

Mom, many people ask me questions about you.
They ask me about your life and all the things that you do.
Some tell me I look a lot like you,
And though it's ironic I know that it's true.
Maybe not on the outside, but on the inside we do.
And I know that's because of all the things I learned from you.
So as you look up from this poem I wrote from my heart.
Do you see the girl you planed out from the start?
Oh how I wish that you do
Because I'll do anything for you.
Also when those people ask me those questions, you know what I do?
I just smile real big and say, I wouldn't trade my mom any day.
