A Soldier

This isn't exactly a poem. It's something my husband wrote and I wanted to share this.

A soldier does not ask why.
He does, no matter what.

If a soldier has to lay down his life to defend his nation or his fellow soldier, he will do so with honor.

A soldier's life is but nothing but writing on a piece of paper to the military, but for his friends, his family, and his fellow soldiers, it is a symbol that he done everything in his power to stop the ones who try our freedoms.

A soldier freely gives up everything he has ever known to defend his country on whatever ground the situation calls for.

For if I had to give my life to defend my freedoms and my family, I gladly do so with no regrets.

FOR I AM A SOLDIER!!
