Great Friend

To me you're a great friend.
You help me though the good and the bad,
And very seldom do you make me sad.
I look up to you like the stars in the sky,
And like an eagle, you let me fly.
But you still watch what I do,
Because you know that there are times when I need you.
And you're there for me like the sun in my eyes,
Shining me to see though others lies.
And this I can't thank you for enough,
Especially when times are extremely rough.
Thanks for helping me get though another day,
I hope some day that I can help you in the same great way.
