Open you eyes,
and look at my face.

Sometimes I think that maybe,
you just forgot.
It's not uncommon for you,
because you do that a lot.

Ones I really want to know.

Did you forget how we were,
when we first met?
You told everyone I was your girl,
When you hadn't even told me yet.

Did you forget us talking for hours,
in your step-dad's car?
We didn't get out,
or go too far.

Did you forget what you told BJ,
that night upstairs?
"I'm gonna marry that girl someday,"
Without any care.

Did you forget the picture you drew,
sending me clues, trying to be clever?

"Our hearts will be together forever."

DId you forget how much I loved you,
how much I really cared?
I love you so much,
that I'm often so scared.

Did you forget that you said,
"I wanted you to have my kids someday?"
Believe me when I say this,
I felt the same way.

Did you forget that I have feelings,
and that I hate to cry?
Sometimes when I forgive you,
I ask myself why.

Why did you forget,
That I care for you so?
Why did you stop loving me,
I really want to know?

Is there anything I can do,
to help you remember?
My heart has been hurting,
but mostly through November.

Please don't forget the way,
I truly do feel.

and I know that it's real.
