Lost & Found

by rob   Dec 1, 2005

Lost in this sea of solitude
Innocence lost bled Through and and through
Tears stain this cloak of flesh
Bodies molded, shrouded in death

Now I lay me down to sleep
I pray to you, my soul to keep
Take me in your cold embrace
Broken I lay, going to waste.

Tear me from this world
Bleeding, dying, my body is hurled
Into oblivion I find myself
Lost and found on darkness shelf

Begging to be brought to life
Lost in pain, shrouded in strife.
Blood drops, all I taste
Broken I lay, going to waste

Tear me from this world
Bleeding, dying, my body is hurled
Into oblivion I find myself
Lost and found on darkness shelf

Kept away on darkness shelf
Lost I stand, no sense of self
So many secrets found, I've no doubt
Elusive memories with no way out.
