My First Xmas

by Kevin McNulty   Dec 21, 2003

I've got carrots, rocks and pebbles
All essentials for my plan
So now I'll put my woolly gloves on
Make the world's biggest snowman

Because it's almost Christmas Day
And I've been getting in the swing
I think I'll have a snowball fight too
Then give Santa Claus a ring

I have already sent my letter
Asking for my PS2
And my David Beckham club shirt
Wanna make sure that they're new

Now something smells nice in the kitchen
Mum's served turkey with no head
It's tasting really, really nice
But afterwards I'm bound for bed

So now I'm sitting by my window
Looking out with icy breath
Spring has gone and so has Summer
Autumn's met it's timely death

And now the waiting's almost over
I've just one thing left to do
Leave out some mince pies and some milk
For Santa and his reindeer too
