Forever

What is forever like
please tell me if you know
is like the end of the world
quiet, dark, and alone

is it like the depths of the sea
or mayb like the heights of the sky
could it be the love you had
when you fell into his eyes

is it like the joy you feel
when you finally feel alive
or maybe like the pain thats there
when something inside you dies

i found out what forever is like
a thousand years ago today
forever is only hours long
but too short to make him stay
