Walking away
from your love
I see a train station
that wasn't there
before
I walk down
the subway steps
to board
the slow train
to nowhere
a whisper creeps
into my ear
saying

while watching oblivion
crawl past
the train windows
satan comes
and offers me
a chemical smile

I arrive at my stop
and walking through
the snowy wonderland
that is "Nowhere"
I think I need
a little time to myself
As I lay down
on the cold ground

I decide to walk
back to reality
where the voices
won't bother me...
Before I leave a
miserable life
in nowhereland
to lead a

in reality
they again warn

Crossing the border
I realize the message
and I try to go
back
only to find myself
stuck in the real world
listening to the echo
of their words
