Movin' On

I know how I felt,
I know the way I dealt
With all the pain
I'll never do it again

I know it's gonna be hard,
I know my heart's still scarred
And hurts sometimes but I
Refuse to let life pass on by

I know the mistake,
I know that the ache
Is curable now I can see
How to get the most out of me

I know the past,
I know it's gone at last
I can move on, be strong
Cos feeling happy ain't wrong

I know my mind,
And I know that I can find
Strength in God when
I feel myself float back to then

I know my life,
No more running a knife
Into my skin, no more relivin'
Cos the past is all forgiven
