Ashamed

It's hard to grasp the feeling
And I want to know what's wrong
I've never felt this way before
At least not for this long.
I feel so depressed
And down on my life.
I'm sick of ignoring my feelings
When im too afraid to fight
I wish I had the answers
To my uncalled for pain
I knoe one day ill find the reason
Why I find myself ashamed.
