Blind eyes

I want to feel beautiful
And be told that everything will be okay.
I want to wake up one morning
And know it will be a different kind of day.
A day where I can be myself
And shine a genuine smile.
A day where I feel complete
And for once believe my life is worthwhile.
I'm sick of feeling worthless
And shut out from humankind.
I've become so invisible,
Seen through the eyes of the blind.

    I completely and totaly loved this poem. I love poems that are inspirational to others, its like a song that can make you want to get up and change your life. The feeling of this poem is the kinda of feeling that society needs to feel. I think you have great talent, and should keep writing because you never know one day when someone might read one of your poems and never be the same. :)
